Training Ship Little Rock

Hello everyone! We want to personally thank every Cadet in the NLCC for continuing the perfect attendance to Drill! This shows a very high level of COMMITMENT including those of you who are new to us!! Bravo Zulu!!

This month we go back to our summer home on the Ships! This is exciting as it opens up additional possibilities for activity at Drill. Please be ready to have input on things you’d like to do at April’s Drill as well as future Drills. There’s a word, “Kaizen”, which equates to “continuous improvement” in our language. I challenge all of you to take that outlook on each of your actions at the Sea Cadets, and in life in general!  In Continuous improvement as it relates to The Sullivan’s, I’m asking each of you to be a part of making us better at every Drill. In your lives, I’m asking you to do everything you do to your best ability; with this thought process you will go FAR in our program and in life in general.

We will definitely get some time in for study and testing in and around some fun!! We need to continuously improve!!!
